Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data including your challenge registrations, mile logs, profile information, and payment history. You will lose access to any challenges you have registered for.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone, address)
  • All challenge registrations and progress data
  • All mile logs and activity history
  • Any certificates earned

Note: Payment transaction records may be retained by Stripe for legal and financial compliance purposes.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.
